Ordering our jewellery is easy and a joy, simply give us a call or email,  we will ensure every detail of your purchase is perfect.  

We are on the river walkway on the 1st floor, in the east corner of the OXO. Stairs are immediately outside the shop, and lifts are in the middle of the building, on the South courtyard side of the OXO.

The shop is fully accessible please contact us if you require specific information.

The nearest tube & train stations are Blackfriars, Waterloo and Southwark.

Charing Cross, London Bridge and Cannon Street are a short walk.

On and off-street parking is available.

Making an appointment is recommended to ensure you have all the time and space you need. Walk-ins are available,  but pre-booked appointments will take preference.

Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm. 

If you wish to contact us from the comfort of your home, we continue to offer virtual appointments and insured delivery of your purchase.

If you’re buying a surprise gift, an extensive range is available from stock. This allows you to maintain an element of surprise; if, for any reason, it isn’t 100 % perfect, you can exchange it for something that is.

We have extensive records; if you’ve purchased from us in the past, we can access these to ensure a new purchase is a perfect fit.

Google Analytics

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
