We’re located on the river walkway, 1st floor, in the east corner of the OXO Tower. Stairs are directly outside the shop, and lifts are available in the centre of the building, on the south courtyard side.

The shop is fully accessible. If you have any specific access requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

The nearest tube & train stations are Blackfriars, Waterloo and Southwark.

Charing Cross, London Bridge and Cannon Street are a short walk.

On and off-street parking is available.

We recommend booking an appointment to ensure you have all the time and space you need to explore our jewellery.

 Walk-ins are welcome, though please note that pre-booked appointments will be given priority.

Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re often available outside these hours — feel free to email or call to arrange a time that suits you.

If you’re buying a surprise gift, an extensive range is available from stock. This allows you to maintain an element of surprise; if, for any reason, it isn’t 100 % perfect, you can exchange it for something that is.

Google Analytics

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
