Random dots create the distinctive pattern. David builds the contrasting gold through the band, so the design does not simply disappear as the surface wears. The arrangement can also vary, making each ring individual.
The smooth rub-over setting securely holds the centre diamond without claws. As a result, there are no claws to snag clothing, wear down or work loose, making this substantial ring straightforward to wear every day.
