David arranges 60 fine natural blue sapphires alongside 60 natural brilliant-cut diamonds to form a crisp diagonal stripe around this solid 18ct yellow gold ring. The sapphires have exceptional depth of colour, balanced with brightness and clarity. In contrast, the diamonds add clean flashes of light without interrupting the pattern.
David sets the stones directly into solid precious metal without drilling through beneath them. This careful construction retains strength and avoids holes where soap or dirt can collect.
Unless a particular diamond is specifically stated otherwise, our natural white diamonds meet our house standard of D/E colour, VVS clarity and Triple Excellent cut, polish and symmetry.
