Natural colour pearl, pink sapphire & moonstone necklace.
This necklace is 18 inches long, a beautiful balance of natural colour pearls, pink sapphires and moonstones. A total of 9 pearls, the largest at the front being almost 14mm. In unique shades of pink, peach and cream, with a smooth surface and luscious lustre. Discover more about pearls.
Faceted perfectly, these 2.5mm finest quality pink natural sapphires have amazing sparkle. Sapphires come in every colour except red, Discover more about Sapphires.
Alternating with the finest moonstone beads 6mm, which have hypnotic Schiller showing many shades of blue and pink, unusually for moonstone these are very pure and transparent, not milky and included. Secured with a sterling silver ball catch, strung on a multi-core beading cable making it very durable.

In his younger years, David trained as a scientific and medical instrument maker in Cambridge and, consequently as an aircraft engineer. Importantly this provided him with a unique perspective on precision manufacturing which he then applied to jewellery making.
