Diamonds continue around every edge of this substantial platinum eternity ring, creating sparkle from every angle. David Ashton handmakes each ring individually in his London workshop, combining careful proportions with everyday comfort and lasting durability.
Gemstone quality
All diamonds used by David Ashton Jewellery are natural. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we select all our natural diamonds to our house standard of D/E colour, VVS clarity and Triple Excellent cut, polish and symmetry. This exceptional quality gives our diamonds outstanding brightness, fire and scintillation.
Construction and everyday wear
The stones sit in a solid precious-metal band rather than drilling open holes beneath them. This retains more metal and strength in the ring and removes open recesses where soap, lotions and dirt can collect, helping the stones stay cleaner while keeping the surface smooth for everyday wear.
Gemstone expertise
David and Nicola have both studied with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) and successfully passed the Diamond Diploma, gaining the DGA qualification. Their training supports the technical and aesthetic guidance they give when comparing natural stones.
