Sometimes described as pave set, these rings are perfect to wear daily, comfortable and substantial enough to last a lifetime, and available in widths from 2.5mm.

The stones stay cleaner and sparkle for longer because the setting is solid, not cut away on the underside. Claw or open settings allow a build-up of soap and lotion, which dulls stones and can lead to dermatological problems.

These natural rubies, set in 18ct gold, are of the finest colour, clarity, and cut. They have an amazing depth of colour perfectly balanced with brightness. The finest brilliant-cut diamonds ensure superior brilliance and scintillation.

David and Nicola studied diamonds at the Gemmological Association of Great Britain and passed the internationally recognised DGA diamond grading exams. While you place an order, we will gladly show you a selection of loose diamonds or gemstones. It’s very enjoyable to take the time to learn about the subject. In his younger years, David trained as a scientific and medical instrument maker in Cambridge and, consequently, as an aircraft engineer. Importantly, this gave him a unique perspective on precision manufacturing, which he then applied to jewellery making.
