For over 25 years, David Ashton has been crafting his unique mixed metal rings.
They are often referred to as eternity bands but are also popular as unique gold wedding bands.
David Ashton has been crafting mixed metal rings for over 25 years, and they have become a hallmark. The unique pattern is not just on the surface, but it runs all the way through the ring, ensuring it won’t wear away over time.
Our rings are available in 18ct yellow with white gold or the reverse. The number of dots and circles can be varied to suit, with larger or smaller diamonds, sapphires, rubies, or emeralds as desired.
Our bands are meticulously crafted to be solid, with diamonds set without drilling through the band.
The idea that you must have an open back of a stone’s setting is an old jeweller’s tale—born from cost cutting, poor-quality gems and limited skill. All our settings are solid, not cut away or drilled through on the underside. With expertly cut stones and precision craftsmanship, solid settings shine brighter, last longer, wear better and prevent dermatological problems.

In his younger years, David trained as a scientific and medical instrument maker in Cambridge and, consequently, as an aircraft engineer. Importantly, this gave him a unique perspective on precision manufacturing, which he then applied to jewellery making.
