David trained as a scientific and medical instrument maker in Cambridge in his younger years and subsequently as an aircraft engineer. Importantly, this provided him with a unique perspective on precision manufacturing, which he subsequently applied to jewellery making.

For a white metal you want to wear every day, nothing beats Platinum. It is naturally white, doesn’t need plating, and is inert, so it won’t tarnish. Platinum ages and works hardens, getting harder during life, thus holding more securely the stones set within it.

A single stone, or grain, is set all the way around. The number and colour of stones can be varied to form patterns, creating a truly unique ring.
