We make the settings solid without drilling through, which makes them stronger. This also prevents the build-up of lotions and soap, which dulls the look of the stones and can potentially cause skin irritation.

David trained as a scientific and medical instrument maker in Cambridge and, consequently, as an aircraft engineer. This gave him a unique perspective on precision manufacturing, which he then applied to jewellery making.
