 Platinum is a naturally white metal—rarer, denser, and more durable than gold. It is typically used in a purer form (around 95%), which adds to its value and strength. Unlike white gold, which requires rhodium plating to maintain its whiteness, platinum retains its naturally.

One of platinum’s unique characteristics is work hardening: the more you wear it, the harder and stronger it becomes.
